Return Policy

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vitagrün.at and include your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic or personal care products.
